How a job runs
Four steps. No theatre.

Walk the job
We come to site, read the drawings, and say what is actually involved. No price from a photograph if the job will not stand it.
- 02
Price it in the open
A proper quote, with the exclusions written down. If value engineering is needed, it is a conversation, not a silent cut.
- 03
Programme and CDM
A programme of works, a construction phase plan where we are principal contractor, and a site that can be visited without a speech.
- 04
Deliver, then hand over
Variations in writing. Progress you can see. A handover pack, a closed snag list, and the keys back with the paperwork.
How we work
The things that do not move
The programme is the job
Dates are not decoration. Trades are sequenced so the last week is commissioning, not catching up.
Variations are written down
If the scope moves, it is priced, agreed and recorded. Nobody finds out in the final account.
CDM is a working system
Where we are principal contractor, RAMS and the health and safety file are part of the week — not a folder produced at practical completion.
The finish has to stand a walk-round
Joinery, paint and floor are protected until handover. Snags are closed, not inherited.
