What we collect
If you send an enquiry, we collect the name, contact details, company name, project type, location and message you provide, together with the time it was sent. That information is emailed to the office and stored so we can reply. It is used only to reply to the enquiry and, if a job follows, to administer the contract.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent to store a website enquiry, and on legitimate interests and contract where a commercial discussion or appointment follows. You may withdraw consent for an unused enquiry by writing to us at the registered office.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a job are kept only as long as needed to reply and close the conversation. Contract records are kept for the periods required by UK company, tax and limitation rules.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share what you send with professional advisers, insurers or subcontractors where that is necessary to price or deliver the job, and with authorities if the law requires it.
