- JCT and similar building forms, design and build, or labour only. The form is written down before the work starts.
- Where do you work?
- South East England as a rule. Further, where the programme and the client make sense — Hexham is on the books for that reason.
- Do you act as principal contractor?
- Yes, where the job requires it. CDM 2015 is then a live system: construction phase plan, induction, RAMS, welfare, and a health and safety file at handover.
- Is insurance in place?
- Public liability and professional indemnity. We will send the current schedule when a job is being priced.
