Refurbishment of a golf driving range — bays, interiors and the building around them, run as a commercial job.
What we walked into
A leisure building with public-facing areas, a tight programme and a client who needed the range trading again, not a redesign for its own sake.

- Strip-out and rebuild of customer and operational areas
- Bay, interior and finishing packages under one programme
- Value engineering against the contract sum
- JCT administration and site reporting
Outcome
A refurbished range delivered as commercial construction, not a collection of uncoordinated trades.
